This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI and machine learning initiatives within a dynamic, collaborative, and globally distributed team. You will analyze complex datasets, develop predictive models, and deploy ML solutions that directly influence business decisions and product innovation. The position requires both technical expertise and strong problem-solving abilities, as well as the capacity to work cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders. Accountabilities: · Analyze, clean, and explore structured and unstructured datasets to uncover patterns and actionable insights. · Design, build, evaluate, and deploy predictive models, statistical algorithms, and machine learning pipelines. · Conduct experimentation and A/B testing to assess product and feature performance. · Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations that inform strategic and operational decisions. · Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and software engineers to integrate ML models into production systems. · Establish data quality, validation, and governance practices to ensure reproducibility and consistency. · Optimize ML data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability. · Stay current with developments in machine learning, statistics, and AI to continuously improve workflows and models. · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. · 3+ years of professional experience as a data scientist developing models for enterprise applications. · Proficiency in Python and libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and statsmodels, or R. · Experience with machine learning algorithms including regression, classification, clustering, and model evaluation. · Familiarity with large-scale models (LLMs, foundation models) and multi-modal AI systems. · Knowledge of vector databases, embedding pipelines, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is a plus. · Experience with cloud data environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI, or Databricks). · Familiarity with experiment design, causal inference, NLP, time series forecasting, or recommender systems. · Knowledge of privacy-preserving ML, federated learning, or reinforcement learning is a plus. · Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. · Experience with source code management tools such as Git. · Competitive salary commensurate with experience. · Fully remote work opportunities. · Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. · Flexible PTO and paid holidays. · Professional development opportunities and learning support. · Access to global, diverse, and collaborative teams. · Inclusive and supportive work environment with a focus on personal and professional growth.
