We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics. We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team. Job Description Develop and implement statistical and machine learning models to support business decisions across product, marketing, and CRM; Conduct ad-hoc analyses, A/B tests, and hypothesis validation; Prepare, clean, and aggregate data using SQL, Python, or R; Analyze key metrics (LTV, churn, retention, ROI) and identify influencing factors; Provide data-driven recommendations and present insights to product, marketing, and CRM teams. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Data Science or Advanced Analytics, with practical examples of predictive modelling (e.g., LTV prediction, advanced statistical modelling beyond linear regression); Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, or R; Proven experience in handling complex product and marketing ad-hoc analyses; Solid understanding of statistical methods (e.g., IV analysis, ANOVA, segmentation, hypothesis testing); Ability to translate business questions into analytical tasks and provide clear, data-driven insights; Experience working with large datasets and building reproducible analytical workflows; Strong communication skills and ability to present analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
