You’ll apply agent-oriented design patterns and modern AI to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role. We’re looking for someone who actively builds and delivers high-quality software solutions at the intersection of Generative AI and Machine Learning, translating cutting-edge capabilities into real business impact. You will play a key role in shaping the next generation of credit decisioning for Australian businesses, leveraging rich quantitative and qualitative data across a wide range of industries to generate insights that are instrumental in lending decisions. We’re interested in hearing from people who: Are confident defining and owning capability uplift roadmaps to drive excellence and innovation across data science and decision science Have hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying agentic and multi-agent AI systems Have applied experience with multi-agent Generative AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangGraph, or OpenAI Responses API (or equivalent) Can design end-to-end systems and translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and work collaboratively to deliver high-impact outcomes Are strong communicators with excellent stakeholder management skills Can effectively collaborate across teams to deliver high-value initiatives Use metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and industry-leading practices Have experience in statistical control and performance estimation theory Are problem solvers who can navigate complexity and facilitate constructive conflict resolution Are passionate about AI and generative AI interpretability, with strong analytical thinking Tech skills We use a broad range of AI, Machine Learning, cloud tools and frameworks.
