Job Description Summary You will be at the forefront of developing analytics to support GE’s Industrial Internet Solutions in the Aviation business. Participate in Aviation industry big data processing, modeling and algorithm development to drive insight of operation efficiency, maintenance cost, services and asset optimization. Specifically, you will join the technical pod of computer vision and use machine learning algorithms to tackle aviation problems. Participate in Aviation industry big data processing, modeling and algorithm development to drive insight of operation efficiency, maintenance cost, services and asset optimization. Specifically, you will join the technical pod of computer vision and use machine learning algorithms to tackle aviation problems. The Ideal Candidate Work with the project team to analyze the dataset for business insights. Apply computer vision algorithms to process image dataset Apply machine learning and deep learning algorithms to develop the model Deliver the solution to the customer Proactively share information across the team Required Qualifications Major in Computer Science, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or relevant subjects Familiar with the Python program and related big data packages Computer vision experience is a plus Deep learning experience is NOT required, but will be a plus Strong motivation for learning new technology Good rational ability, communication, inter-personal skills Great passion in big data, machine learning, and AI Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical, structural and conceptual thinking capabilities Good interpersonal acumen and maturity Creative and risk taking Willing to take challenge and hard working Eager to build-up a global career and be highly mobile At GE Aerospace, we have a relentless dedication to the future of safe and more sustainable flight and believe in our talented people to make it happen.
