Description:
As a Data Security Analyst, you will be part of the Security, Risk and Governance department of Emerson’s Enterprise IT group.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
- Assist in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining data security tools and systems, such as: DLP, CASB, SIEM, Data Encryption, etc.
- Working with vendors to implement and support data security solutions, including fixes and upgrades.
- Collaborating on the DLP rule development lifecycle including policy development, response rules, and maintenance
- Monitoring and responding to alerts generated from DLP systems and other technologies.
- Maintaining DLP technology, configuring policies, and compiling reports for analytics.
- Contribute to the documentation of DLP processes, guidelines, and standard methodologies.
- Stay informed about emerging threats and industry standard processes in DLP to provide input for continuous improvement.
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- General understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) concepts, tools, and technologies.
- English B2.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Identifies and creates the process necessary to get work done.
- Works cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
- Pushes self and helps others achieve results.
