Description

Design, build, and maintain complex data pipelines and workflows using Palantir Foundry and Gotham platforms. Develop and deploy data models, ontology objects, and analytic applications within Palantir to support enterprise-scale data transformation. Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand needs, translate requirements, and deliver scalable data solutions. Conduct data profiling, modeling, mapping, and integration across diverse large-scale data sources. Architect and implement AI/ML models on Palantir AI platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing data workflows. Perform data analysis and visualization to support insights generation and strategic decisions. Lead initiatives for pipeline stability, efficiency improvements, and automation with best engineering practices. Provide thought leadership on Palantir platform capabilities and innovations in data science and AI. Translate technical delivery into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders and leadership. Mentor and guide junior data engineers and scientists on Palantir technology and data science best practices. Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained in data handling and platform usage. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative field. 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering and data science roles. Extensive hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Gotham platforms, including pipeline development, data integration, and application building. Strong knowledge of AI/ML platforms and experience creating and deploying machine learning models. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and familiarity with data engineering tools and frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms, distributed data processing, and big data technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation in AI and data workflows. Excellent communication skills with experience presenting complex data insights to diverse audiences. Experience working in government, defense, or enterprise consulting environments is a plus. Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances if applicable. Experience with Spark, Kubernetes, or container orchestration technologies. Background in professional services or consulting delivering Palantir solutions. Knowledge of security best practices related to sensitive and classified data. Prior leadership experience in technical teams and mentoring roles. Exposure to emerging AI trends and agentic AI applications.
