Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Solution Designer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions. Responsibilities: Design end-to-end data solutions leveraging Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, and Azure Data Lake. Define data models, integration patterns, and data pipelines to support analytics, reporting, and operational needs. Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and enterprise architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards. Provide guidance and mentorship to data engineers and developers. Experience required: 8-10 years of overall Experience & hands on with Azure Services – Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks, Azure SQL and Pyspark Experience in Enhancement project and Safe agile, Architectural governance, design patterns. Experience in the Data warehousing architecture. Partnering with teams and leaders to provide strategic consultation for business process design/optimization, creating strategic road maps, implementing technical solutions to accelerate the fulfilment of the business strategic vision. Advising and mentoring teams as required. Programming/Enhancement with Python, Pyspark. Define Data Ingestion Frameworks, ETL/ELT in conjunction with Business & technology Capabilities, map it to Azure Tools (ADF, DataBricks) & technologies Ensure data solutions meet governance, security, and compliance standards.
