Support the development, automation and integration of database infrastructure and business applications used by the Finance Control team
Drive change with process improvement and standardisation across European teams
Understand business requirements and convert them into solutions that make the reporting activities of the team more efficient
Ensure that all applications comply with relevant standards and regulations to fulfil the need for day-to-day operations of the business
Ensure standard reports in the Finance control team run smoothly and correctly. Maintain current applications to minimize service disruption and facilitate operations. Investigate problems related to software applications, diagnose root causes, and work on fixing them and providing temporary and permanent solutions
Work closely with the different Finance Control teams to implement workable and easy to handle solutions, which integrate different data sources and software into comprehensive reporting tools
Translate requirements from Finance Control team to create specifications for IT development
Clearly and effectively communicate technical solutions to the relevant stakeholders in the team and wider organisation
As required, run defined standard Finance Control reports and assess their completeness before sharing with relevant Controller
