Core Responsibilities Data Integration: Collaborating on the integration of data from various sources to help create a unified view for analysis and reporting Data Quality: Assisting in implementing measures to improve accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across multiple partners in LEGO GAME Data Architecture: Contributing to the design and management of data infrastructure Data Governance: Supporting the development and maintenance of data management policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards Data Lifecycle Management: Participating in handling the lifecycle of data from creation to archiving and deletion Collaboration and Training: Working with other groups to understand their data needs and assist in training sessions on data management tools and practices Play your part in our team succeeding The LEGO GAME Play Performance & Business Modelling team serves as a centralized hub for data and insights, supporting various data areas across LEGO GAME. Our mission is to inspire game innovation through research and data—past, present, and future. As a Data specialist, you will be critical in ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility, enabling informed decisions that will improve the game play for our players. You will collaborate closely with both the LEGO Group's central data teams and our LEGO GAME data experts, ensuring our data is not only ingested, structured, and available to partners, but also that it meets the highest standards of compliance and aligns with the LEGO Group’s data strategy. Data is vital for many teams across LEGO GAME, from strategic direction setting to game development, creative processes, and partner sourcing. This role is a fantastic entry-level opportunity into the world of data, particularly gaming data, and we hope to find someone passionate about these two things to join us. Do you have what it takes? 1-2 years experience handling data systems and front-end tools Expertise in working with a data visualization tool, such as Tableau or Power BI Advanced level in SQL (Hive, Impala, Databricks) or similar experience in analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets Experience in project management and partner engagement. Positive can-do attitude and always chasing solutions that benefit the team, willingness to learn independently and adapt to the role A high level of learning agility - you can pick things up and learn quickly on your own and collaborate with new partners, with a determination to deliver results Willing to travel 10 days a year Fluent English skills both verbal and written A passion for working with data Nice to have Working or educational experience within Statistics, Business, Analytics Engineering or related field preferred Cross-culture understanding of working with global colleagues and partners across multiple time zones An understanding of the global gaming sector from personal or professional experience Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
