THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Data Specialist – Procurement and Supply Chain to join our Group Finance team on a 12-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension. This role will be key in enabling the successful delivery of our procure-to-pay (P2P) Workday roll-out, with a focus on supplier and item master data preparation, validation, and migration across our international operations.
This is a hands-on and globally connected role — ideal for someone with exceptional Excel skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for data integrity.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations (Workday, SAP, Oracle) – Workday experience highly regarded.
  • Background in supplier onboarding, item data management, or catalogue development.
  • Previous exposure to transport, logistics, or asset-intensive industries is advantageous.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cleanse, format, and map procurement and supply chain master data from legacy systems into Workday structures.
  • Collaborate with teams across Australia, the UK, the US, and Singapore to gather and validate missing data.
  • Support the creation and readiness of supplier catalogues in line with Workday configuration.
  • Participate in testing, data validation, and go-live support.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure compliance with audit, privacy, and governance standards.
  • Support continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies.
