JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Consultant who can unlock the value of data for our clients. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to turn complex challenges into clear strategies and measurable outcomes. This role is about more than delivering outputs, it’s about asking the right questions, shaping smart solutions, and making sure data drives real business impact.

SKILLS

• Strong consulting experience (1–3 years), ideally with a focus on data, insight, or strategy.
• Sharp critical thinking – able to cut through ambiguity and bring structure to complex problems.
• Commercial awareness – you link your work to client impact, not just deliverables.
• Data fluency – skilled at spotting patterns and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Confident communicator – able to present ideas clearly to technical teams and senior leaders alike.
• Collaborative mindset – you work well with diverse roles and value different perspectives.
• Resilient and adaptable – comfortable with shifting priorities and fast-moving contexts.
• Proactive and curious – you spot opportunities, surface risks, and bring forward ideas.

• Partner with clients to understand their objectives, spot risks and opportunities, and shape data strategies that deliver value.
• Frame problems clearly and design solutions that balance insight, strategy, and practical application.
• Build trust with client stakeholders, including C-Suite, through evidence-based recommendations and clear communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions are outcome-focused and commercially sound.
• Contribute to pitches, proposals, and thought leadership that grow our client relationships and reputation.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and support practice development through mentoring and collaboration.
