Your key responsibilities as a Data Support Analyst will include: Managing client enquiries and issues through email and the customer portal, ensuring accurate logging and resolution within agreed timelines. Investigating fund data cases to achieve first-hand resolution and coordinating with data operations and product support teams when needed. Responding promptly and professionally to client queries, maintaining a customer-centric approach at all times. Meeting defined service level agreements and performance metrics, ensuring high-quality support and positive client feedback. Continuously enhancing your knowledge of fund data and contributing to internal knowledge management resources. Adhering to company security policies and maintaining compliance in all support activities. You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Data Support Analyst: You must have up to 1 year of experience in data processes, data entry, or customer support involving coordination with business users. You will have a good understanding of MS Office tools. You should have general knowledge of the financial domain, with fund data being an added advantage. You must demonstrate strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with neutral diction. You will show strong analytical ability, adaptability, and time management skills to handle changing priorities effectively.
