POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Data Systems Integrity Analyst. This role is responsible for the strategic and operational clean-up of historical CRM records, with a core focus on ensuring accurate, organized, and usable data across company systems.
The ideal candidate will proactively investigate past workflows, identify inconsistencies or incomplete data sets, and implement structured clean-up and consolidation practices. This individual must be experienced in managing large datasets, have a firm grasp of CRM tools (such as HubSpot), and possess the ability to ask clarifying questions and communicate effectively. This is not a passive role; it requires independent thinking, confidence to request missing context, and accountability for delivering measurable progress.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in data operations, systems auditing, or business operations support
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Google Workspace
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (data comparison, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively surface gaps, errors, or inconsistencies
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and team transparenc
Responsibilities

CRM Audit & Clean-Up:

  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of CRM records, including past entries made by multiple team members. Identify duplicates, outdated records, incomplete profiles, and data inconsistencies across the CRM.

Historical Data Analysis:

  • Review and analyze notes, transcripts, and files related to prior hires and operational activities to accurately reconstruct data lineage and ensure continuity in relationship tracking.

Documentation Ownership:

  • Maintain a changelog or cleanup tracker detailing each section addressed, actions taken, and outstanding items.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the Relationship Manager, CEO, and Operations to verify missing data, clarify unknown elements, and ensure all data reflects actual/validated information.
  • Regularly provide updates and summarize findings in digestible reports.

Systems Integration Readiness:

  • Align clean-up tasks with upcoming tool integrations and onboarding timelines. Ensure that all cleaned and verified data is prepared for synchronization with platforms such as HubSpot or other enterprise tools.

Backstory Reconstruction:

  • Investigate legacy operational practices, understand prior personnel responsibilities, and interpret handover or transition records to ensure data reflects accurate team history and decisions.
