JOB SUMMARY

To lead on the delivery of training and role out of the new database at Young Gloucestershire. To undertake reporting and analysis of the new database system. Leading on administration, reporting and analysis of data. To liaise with managers to ensure they have all the information required to meet funders requirements, to lead on the use of data to make informed decisions about our services.

Responsibilities

SPECIFIC DUTIES

  • To support the completion of the build of our salesforce system working alongside our data manager.
  • To complete the workflows for the database system
  • To trial and test the new database system.
  • To support the data migration from the current database to the new, undertaking data cleansing and transfer.
  • To take a lead on the delivering of training to a youth worker workforce of our new salesforce system.
  • Undertake operational reporting for all grants, contracts, service-level agreements, and tenders.
  • Work closely with NHS data teams around the monthly national mental health data set submission.
  • Undertake quality assurance and dip checking to uphold data standards across YG and in line with GDPR and Data policies.
  • Undertake data analysis to enable data to inform decision making
  • Support the process of managing incoming referrals and allocating to services.
  • Support the implementation of other data requirements and data bases as a result of new funding/commissions secured by YG.
  • To support managerial admin, including setting up new projects and programmes, and implementing outcome measurements and surveys. Whilst creating process maps.

GENERAL DUTIES

  • Maintain excellent records and ensure accurate input of all data to YG’s database is completed on time.
  • Support the wider activities and administration of the charity.
  • Support the wider collaboration and delivery of programmes where applicable.
  • Work collaboratively to develop innovative ideas for data and data management.
  • Develop working knowledge of YG projects and programmes and data requirements for funders.

  • Keep up to date with resources, platform updates and data best practices that may benefit Young Gloucestershire.
  • Maintain a teamwork approach to all aspects of work.
  • Complete mandatory YG training.

  • Work as part of the wider organisation’s strategic objectives.
  • Potential line management of admin staff.
