We are looking for an experienced Data Team Lead to manage and lead a data team while staying hands-on in development, analysis, and project delivery.
This role combines professional leadership, task management, and hands-on work across data development, data warehouse environments, and business-facing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and professionally lead a team of about 10 data professionals.
Lead data development tasks, project execution, and ongoing delivery.
Stay hands-on with development, analysis, and solution design.
Work closely with stakeholders, report progress, and drive initiatives forward.
Requirements
Proven experience in leading data teams and managing professional tasks.
Hands-on experience with SQL and data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake or Fabric.
Experience in project leadership, requirements analysis, and data development.
Python experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, independence, initiative, and ability to motivate others.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the data team to ensure efficient data operations. Oversee the delivery of data-driven insights and team performance.
