Description JPI is seeking a Data Analytics Team Lead to provide support application and database modernization efforts to enable data integrity. The Data Analytics Team Lead will provide and enable data-driven analytical decision-making. A minimum of 8 years of experience supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or Department of Defense (DoD) is required. This role requires U.S. Citizenship and a Public Trust clearance. Responsibilities Include: Performance management support: Provide and enable data-driven analytical decision-making. Perform advanced data analytics to measure program performance against benchmark targets. Consolidate data from multiple systems and provide data analysis in support of programmatic decision making. Develop enablement tools to improve the data quality across systems of record. Sustain and maintain performance management tools developed. Requirements BA or BS in Management, Engineering or Business An active PMP certification. Minimum 8+ years of DHS or DoD experience Minimum 8+ years of Data Analytics experience. This experience may overlap with DHS/DOD experience Experience with Shore Asset Management (SAM), FSMS, SharePoint, etc. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
