YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· Strong data entry skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· RiO system experience (highly desirable)
· Polite & courteous telephone manner
· Knowledge of Information Governance as this is dealing with Person Identifiable Data (desirable)
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
· Review a Patient Record and synchronise data where possible - Each review will take between 5 and 15 minutes and the aim is to complete 1 – 20 reviews per hour
· Record outcome of each review in the work package Excel spreadsheet
· User may need to contact team staff or search the Patient Record to confirm Patient details. Training will be given on this.
· Initial training will allow us to get Analysts to focus on each section of mismatches
· Once training is complete, the trust can then assign more complex filters, combining more sections. These filters will be defined according to requirements and Analysts will be trained in applying the correct filters.
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
