Your Compensation

You might be the person we’re looking for if you care about…#1 Priority: Quality Assurance
· Performing quality assurance tasks on output from our Python scripts. You’ll verify the geographic accuracy of locations, ensure relevant data is included in updates, and validate dataset changes for correctness.
· Working on our internal web-based platform means you don’t need any extra software to perform your tasks.
· Creating the most up to date and trustworthy results by confirming store closures.
· Diving into the details. You’ll scrutinize attribute information to ensure the highest quality data is presented.
· Researching the latitude / longitude of it all. You will be responsible for verifying locations through our proprietary geocoding process.
· Being a team player. You’ll work alongside our data extraction and programming team to address inconsistencies and perfect updates to our data.

2 Priority: Customer Service Excellence

· Do you have a customer-centric mindset? You’ll engage with customers regularly, so you need to truly understand the users, their data needs, and how to apply the data to solve business challenges.
· You will be working with a variety clients from commercial real estate, market research firms and SaaS partners to resolve dynamic and curious questions about our data. We are investigators and problem solvers!
· Timely responses are what we are known for! If you have experience with analyzing and solving problems with speed, you will excel!

Your Bonus Skills
· Are you familiar with retail, restaurant and service brands in the Canadian and US markets? That would be hugely beneficial in the role.
· Got experience with Spatial / GIS concepts? You’ll fit right in.
· Do you have experience working remotely? Not a must for us, but definitely a nice to have!
Your Personality
· Do you have a customer-centric mindset? In this role, you need to respond to customer questions and requests to solve problems with the library if they arise.
· Would you like to flex your mental muscles? We’re into working with open-minded, critical thinkers who into problem-solving with our team.
· How does remote work sound to you? This role can be done mostly from home, but you’re also welcome to join us in our Vancouver office.
· Do you need flexibility in your work hours? Once the initial training period is over, you can work with us to set a 37.5-hour workweek that works for you.
Your Details
· Can you legally work in Canada? This is a must have.
· Does Vancouver work for you? We’re looking for someone in the Greater Vancouver Area.
· Are you ready? This is a full-time position that will start ASAP.
· What’s your at-home setup like? You’ll need a reliable computer with a consistent high-speed internet connection (at least 10Mbps).
