Description
The Business Intelligence and Member/Client Analytics Department leads the development and promotion of member/client knowledge in data analysis and valorization to support strategic decision-making. To do this, the team conducts extensive analyses and diagnostics with the business lines. In addition, the department is responsible for know-your-client key performance indicators, including explaining and analyzing them. As a data valorization advisor, you contribute to the use and valorization of data collected from various channels. You extract, describe, analyze and interpret the data needed to make informed business decisions. You assist clients on analytics development initiatives that involve using data. More specifically, you will be required to: Support and guide Desjardins teams on know your client issues, data valorization and interpreting data for various purposes. Advise your clients and partners to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor projects and initiatives. Leverage database management systems, provide ongoing monitoring, and identify and analyze significant issues. Diagnose issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies. Implement, measure the performance of and update business rules in the data mining systems that are used by a range of self-service solutions.
