(DHi) is seeking a detail-oriented Hybrid Data Verification Specialist to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of company and client data. The ideal candidate will review, validate, and maintain data records while supporting operational workflows and reporting processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with data systems in a hybrid work environment, combining both remote and on-site responsibilities. Key ResponsibilitiesData Verification & Accuracy Review and validate data entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Identify and correct discrepancies in client and internal records. Ensure data integrity across multiple systems and platforms. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate documentation of data verification processes and corrections. Generate reports and metrics for leadership regarding data quality and compliance. Cross-Functional Support Collaborate with operations, client services, and HR teams to address data issues. Assist with workflow improvements to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency. Compliance & Confidentiality Ensure compliance with company data policies and federal regulations. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in data entry, verification, or quality control. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting defense, government contracting, or federal clients. Familiarity with large-scale data management and reporting tools.
