As the Business Performance Visualisation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex datasets into compelling visual narratives that drive strategic insights across our Commercial Function. This transformational position involves close collaboration with the Data Science team to propel digital transformation initiatives, ensuring that data visualization becomes an integral part of our AI-driven strategy.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to commercial needs.
• Collaborate closely with the D&T team to productionalise these reports once they are ready and brief semantic models for GB Users to create their own reports.
• Work with the Commercial Teams to ensure they can create their own reports and hold drop in clinics to solve issues blocking this
• Analyse business processes within GB to find opportunities for enhanced data visualisation.
• Drive the Data Science and AI agenda by using analytics tools to deliver actionable insights.
• Provide ad-hoc support for Finance and Marketing functions by developing relevant visualisations.

Experience / skills required:

• Proven experience in Power BI development, including DAX programming and report optimisation.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and business processes.
• Demonstrated passion for data science, analytics, and AI technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into understandable insights for stakeholders.
