Are you interested in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports to support business intelligence initiatives? As a Data Visualization Associate on the Product Team within Workforce Planning, you will be tasked with delivering report automation and visualization to support multiple Workforce functions. You will be responsible for designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports to support business intelligence initiatives. Your projects will be complex, data intensive, and of a high level of difficulty, each having significant impact on the business. Job Responsibilities: Building Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize and present data insights Using Alteryx and other data wrangling tools to clean, transform, and analyze data from various sources Working with key stakeholders on all levels to determine requirements for new dashboards Understanding the various sources of information and how to strategically source data Creating complex data models and visualizations that provide insights into business performance Developing and maintaining Tableau data sources, data extracts, and data connections and managing Tableau user permissions and security to ensure data is accessed only by authorized users Staying current on emerging Tableau features and functionality and make recommendations for their adoption Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Experience with working with large datasets, strong analytical skills, and a passion for data visualization Experience developing dashboards and data flows using Tableau and Alteryx (experience with similar tools will be considered) Enhanced data mining skills using SQL, SAS, Python or other equivalent tools Experience in reporting development and testing, and ability to interpret ‘the why’ and draw objective inferences given known limitations of the data Strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and business intelligence concepts Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or a related field. Relevant data visualization or data management work experience required according to job level (Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Decision Sciences, etc.)
