Description

- Participate in various Data and Analytics related projects and working groups, including Data Analysis and insights, and Visualization and Reporting solutions - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and transform them into effective reporting products - Use visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Power BI) to design, develop, and implement interactive reports and dashboards that provide valuable insights - Support Non-Financial Risk management by deriving actionable insights from data and leveraging quantitative and statistical techniques - Provide guidance to key stakeholders on how to adopt data visualization and reporting best practices and/or leverage data analytics to solve problems - Enhance program processes where opportunities exist and perform analysis to support strategic projects that add value to the broader division - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 2-5 years of experience in a data related role including data visualization, reporting or data analysis - Experience with querying and transforming large data sets - Experience in creating data driven insights and analytics - Experience with automation of reporting solutions and processes - Ability to work with global, cross-functional teams Skills that will help you in the role: - Direct experience in the financial services industry - Good understanding of project management principles - Experience in the reporting and use of business data in support of business processes - Familiarity with mainstream data processing and modeling programming languages (Alteryx, R, Python) - Experience in leveraging AI solutions to automate reporting and analytical processes Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
