Responsibilities

DATA WAREHOUSE DEVELOPER (NHS ROLE) - YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN THE NHS

The role is 100% remote (you must be able to pick up your wfh laptop kit from the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow) - there is the option to work days in the office as well if that is your preference
Duration is 3 months (with possible extension)
Pay is £23.03/hour + 25 days pro rata holiday pay (worth £3.15/hr) + NHSP pays for your Employer’s NI (worth £3.89/hr) ==> £30.07/hr (+10% pension (after 3 months))

ROLE

You will have responsibility in the development of Extract Transform and Load (ETL) process from multiple clinical and application systems with feeds into the Trust Data warehouse. You will interpret data requirements into report enabling solutions. Transforming data into functional data models such as Star Schema, therefore data modelling approaches such as Kimball is essential.
You will also have specialist knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and its associated stack such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS). Providing support in all aspects of data warehouse development, Stored Procedures, T-SQL & optimisation
