This role requires a strong background in data modeling, ETL development, and visualization to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in Microsoft data technologies with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.   As a key member of the information technology team, you will be responsible for architecting and optimizing data warehouse solutions, integrating multiple data sources, and developing interactive, insightful Power BI dashboards and reports. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, efficient data models and visualizations that drive actionable insights.     Qualifications:   Education:  BA/BS in information systems, or four years of related education.   Experience:  Three (3) years of related experience.   Substitutions:  Appropriate substitutions may be made for an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. (1-year experience = 1-year education and training).     Your responsibilities in this role may include:   1. Treat all clients and staff with dignity and respect. 2. Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse architectures and data models to support analytics and reporting. 3. Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Azure Data Factory, or equivalent. 4. Develop advanced Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that deliver clear, actionable insights. 5. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across all BI solutions. 6. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and deliver business intelligence solutions that align with organizational goals. 7. Implement and manage data governance, security, and performance tuning 8. Stay current with emerging BI tools and technologies, particularly within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. 9.
