DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The Operations Database Management Department is responsible for ensuring the integrity, reliability, and efficiency of the company’s databases. This department handles the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data, as well as the creation and optimization of queries and reports. The team works closely with various stakeholders to ensure data quality and resolve any issues that arise during data processing.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Database Administrative Technician will manage the procedures for mass loading and extraction of information from the Operations databases. This role involves working with SQL, Microsoft Access, and SASGuide to ensure data integrity and provide valuable insights through custom queries and reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • C1 English level. Another languages will be a plus.
  • Educational Background: A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience as an administrative professional, particularly in roles involving database management.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Access y ETL including writing complex queries, creating functions, stored procedures and data extraction and management.
  • Knowledge of SAS Guide for data extraction and statistical analysis will be a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Associate Level, Junior Level

Responsibilities
  • Extract, transform, and load data (ETL) from our database using SQL.
  • Create and optimize custom queries and reports to analyze and extract specific information about companies.
  • Perform analysis in SASGuide.
  • Manage Microsoft Access databases, ensuring data reliability and quality.
  • Monitor, control, and resolve potential incidents with third parties involved in the daily loads from the various sources processed.
