WHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS POSITION:
We are seeking an entry-level systems and database administrator. In this position, the team member will be applying technical skills of: understanding core technical concepts of software and database management, basic coding of SQL, computer and database security, as well as troubleshooting. The focus of this position is in Oracle with opportunities in MySQL, Teradata, and Postgres, on prem and in the cloud. A motivated, organized, detail-oriented work ethic is a must. High-level types of work include installs and upgrades of dbms software and its components, performance tuning, database design, database monitoring, and data security. Qualified team members working at this level should have a strong desire to learn. With the desire to learn, training opportunities offered and technical mentors on the team you will become successful at supporting these products listed above.
