QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

• An active interim Secret clearance with a pathway to obtain TS/SCI.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certification such as IBM Certified Database Administrator – DB2, Microsoft SQL Server database certification, Oracle Certified Professional, MySQL Database Administrator, or industry equivalent.
• Experience with classified databases.
• Knowledge of DoD security regulations, policy, and procedures.
• Relevant experience commensurate with the position level, with a minimum of three years.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.

Desired:

• Additional certifications or advanced degrees in related fields.
• Experience in a similar role within the Department of Defense or related agencies.
• Proven track record of innovative solutions in data processing and database management.

• Extensive experience with multiple database systems and technologies.

• Develop protocols for data processing and handling in compliance with customer standards.
• Analyze database systems involved in the planning, designing, evaluating, and execution of JNWC functions.
• Monitor databases to ensure optimal storage and usability.
