THE ROLE

TCS seeks a highly skilled and experienced Database Administrator with extensive relevant experience, focusing primarily on MS SQL/Azure SQL Server.
You will have secondary experience in MongoDB, Azure PostgreSQL, and Azure MySQL database administration. Additional expertise in Azure SQL, PowerShell scripting, and T-SQL Scripting will be a significant advantage.

Responsibiities:

• Administer, manage, and maintain databases primarily on MS SQL/Azure SQL Server.
• Perform secondary administration tasks on MongoDB, Azure PostgreSQL, and Azure MySQL.
• Design, implement, and maintain database systems to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
• Develop and execute comprehensive database backup and recovery plans.
• Monitor database performance and optimize queries for efficient data retrieval.
• Ensure database systems meet business and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to design and implement robust database solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Document database procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
