Job Title: Database Administrator Location: Makati City Work Set-up: Hybrid Job Description Manage and oversee daily database operations to ensure optimal performance and availability Monitor database performance and conduct regular health checks to maintain fast response times Implement upgrades, patches, and access controls to safeguard data security Develop and maintain database backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity Troubleshoot database issues and resolve service tickets within SLA timelines Work closely with IT Operations, Project Managers, and Development Teams to maintain database integrity Supervise and support the Junior Database Administrator Ensure compliance with information security and operational standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2–3 years of experience as a Database Administrator Experience managing and optimizing enterprise database environments Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams By applying, you authorize the company to process your personal information solely for recruitment purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
