POSITION SUMMARY

The Database and Donor Relations Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the fundraising and stakeholder engagement efforts of Halton Women’s Place by maintaining and optimizing the Raiser’s Edge database and associated digital fundraising platforms. This position ensures the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of donation and donor data and contributes to donor stewardship, event support, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience with Raiser’s Edge (including NXT), a donor-first mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and enthusiasm.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Raiser’s Edge and Raiser’s Edge NXT is required.
  • Experience with Receipter Pro
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
  • Positive and enthusiastic work attitude.
  • Experience in a fundraising or nonprofit environment preferred.

  • Two-step Tuberculosis Skin Test (TB Test)
