Job Description KPI Solutions is seeking a Database Architect & Administrator to lead the design, optimization, and administration of our mission-critical SQL and NoSQL environments. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement architectures for MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. Administer, monitor, and maintain performance, availability, and security. Implement data warehousing best practices. Optimize queries and conduct performance reviews. Maintain schemas, data models, and documentation. Collaborate with development teams on database solutions. Manage clustering, replication, and failover. Maintain backup and recovery processes. Manage database access and compliance. Automate scripts for maintenance. Recommend new tools and technologies. Provide training/support on data tools and standards. Qualifications Qualifications: 10+ years as a DBA or Database Architect. Expertise with MS-SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. Experience with tuning, indexing, locks, optimization. Knowledge of security best practices. Independent, strong problem-solving and communication. Bachelor’s in Computer Science; Master’s preferred.
