MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· BE/B Tech/MCA
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in quantitative discipline (e.g., engineering, science, statistics, math) or equivalent combination of education, training, certification and experience
· Experience with presentation-layer reporting applications (Tableau, SSAS, Cognos, BO) with an understanding of data warehousing and data modeling methodologies.
· Experience in Power BI
· Advanced experience in Sybase, shell scripting, Unix, database design and modelling,
· Knowledge of standard methodologies when dealing with relational databases
· An ability to understand front-end users’ requirements and a problem-solving attitude
· Knowledge on Control-M Job configuration and scheduling; File transfer mechanisms
· Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as SVN; merging and creating production scripts
· SQL server DB coding, DB scheduling tools, File transfer mechanisms, DB DevOps
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,160.05-$95,000.00 per year

Experience:

• SQL Database development: 7 years (required)
• Power BI: 1 year (required)

· Will be responsible for design, code & maintain databases and ensuring their stability, reliability, and performance.
· Research and suggest new database products, services and protocols.
· Ensure all database programs meet company and performance requirements.
· Collaborate with other database teams and owners of different applications.
· Modify databases according to requests and perform tests.
· Maintain and own database in all environments
