Job Description: Spiritx is seeking a talented Database Developer to join our team. The Database Developer will play a key role in meeting the growing demand for database development to support our expanding client base. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in database development, administration, and optimization, with proficiency in SQL and relational database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient database solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing secure database architectures, including encryption techniques, access controls, and audit trails.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud-based database platforms (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus.
- Proven track record of working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to teamwork and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret technical specifications, architectural designs, and process flows to gain a deep understanding of business requirements and functional models.

- Conduct rigorous testing of database systems to identify and rectify technical issues, ensuring seamless interoperability with software applications and adherence to business processes.
- Generate detailed technical documentation, including database designs, data schemas, configuration settings, and operational procedures, to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Implement and enforce data management policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate security risks.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in database development, cyber security, and data management, and evaluate their potential impact on our solutions.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to team members and clients on database-related matters, including performance optimization, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
- Participate actively in code reviews, quality assurance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability, efficiency, and maintainability of our database systems.
