Description

Our fast-paced real estate team is looking for a Database & Lead Manager to take ownership of our lead management systems and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks. This is not a cold-calling job. We invest heavily in marketing and lead generation, and we have junior follow-up specialists warming up your pipeline. Your job is to build rapport with homeowners, identify motivation, and negotiate win/win offers.
You’ll be trained in our proven, repeatable sales process — which has helped us close hundreds of deals. If you’re coachable and hungry, we’ll turn you into a top producer.

Qualifications:

  • Emotionally intelligent and persuasive communicator
  • Coachable, competitive, and obsessed with improvement
  • Strong closer with excellent phone skills
  • Tech-savvy (CRM, dialers, digital contracts)
  • Reliable transportation for in-person seller visits
  • Comfortable being held accountable for daily KPIs and monthly revenue goal
