Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations. 2. Provides and follows customer service standards of excellence. 3. Manages the day-to-day maintenance and integrity of the fundraising CRM, including data entry, reporting applications, data restoration and performance optimization. 4. Assists in troubleshooting database problems and suggests corrective action as required from EMC Information Systems as they relate to the integrity of the EMC Foundation databases. 5. Successfully delivers multiple large projects concurrently and/or in overlapping timelines. 6. Maintains manuals and other resources. 7. Serves as database trainer for staff. 8. Maintains and expands expertise through self-directed reading and studying, through formal training opportunities, and through vendor-supplied information resources. 9. Produces intricate, sequentially tiered solicitation mailings and reports for the annual appeal. 10. Performs donor financial and/or giving history data analysis using complex queries. 11.
