JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for preparing client files using various software applications in accordance with TrueSense standards. This includes preparing files for printing purposes as requested by internal or external clients, ensuring scheduled mail dates and quality expectations are met.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma required
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software, tools, and processes efficiently

Responsibilities
  • Update the “Daily Goals” document log for unassigned jobs.
  • Create job folders and organize job instructions/files on the DPP server.
  • Process fundraising qualification files.
  • Maintain NCOA tracking log and Process Acknowledgement Forms (PAFs) for all clients.
  • Process automated jobs based on parameters.
  • Maintain Accutrace GUID links, including updating mail dates and conducting necessary research.
  • Understand and follow detailed job instructions.
  • Communicate effectively with account teams.
  • Perform additional assignments and ad hoc tasks as directed by the supervisor.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed to meet project deadlines or production schedules.
