JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose & Scope
Helps maintain Bank OZK’s Server and Storage solutions that support and enable other teams in the Bank OZK Technology organization and across all areas of Bank OZK.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Knowledge of information security best practices pertaining to server and workstation administration.
• Ability to utilize discretion and sound judgment in decision-making.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage tasks with exacting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to grasp and learn complex technology skills through working with more senior team members.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent and effective customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to demonstrate effective organization, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively and demonstrate flexibility in a continually changing environment.
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
• Skill in using Microsoft Windows and/or Linux software.
• Skill in using OS virtualization.
• Working knowledge in using Microsoft PowerShell and other scripting tools is helpful.
• Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate IT work related experience, required.
• 1+ years of work experience with physical and virtual infrastructures and appliances, required.
• Microsoft and/or Linux Certifications, preferred.
