Description

You’ll take ownership of operational delivery across multiple projects and sites, with responsibilities including:Leading, coaching and developing operational teams to deliver against business objectives, KPIs and SLAs.
Overseeing the planning and delivery of installation and integration projects from mobilisation through to successful completion.
Coordinating technical teams, construction teams, contractors, suppliers and other delivery partners.
Ensuring projects are appropriately resourced and sites are ready with the required people, materials and equipment.
Managing operational budgets, resources and commercial performance.
Applying practical knowledge of connectivity solutions, including network infrastructure, structured cabling, wireless technologies and communications systems.
Working with engineers and technical specialists to resolve installation, integration and connectivity challenges.
Identifying operational and project risks and ensuring effective mitigation plans are implemented.
