IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL COLLABORATE AS PART OF CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SOLUTION TEAMS TO DEVELOP COST EFFECTIVE AND DELIVERABLE SOLUTIONS FROM CONCEPT THROUGH TO IMPLEMENTATION, SUPPORTING BOTH MANAGED SERVICE (TRANSITION AND RUN) AND PROJECT (TRANSFORMATION) REQUIREMENTS.

• Stay ahead: Maintain deep knowledge of infrastructure technologies—compute, storage, networking, and virtualisation—and how they can be applied creatively to achieve client outcomes.
• Engage and inspire: Build trusted relationships with clients, listen actively to their challenges, and clearly communicate how your solutions bring value.
• Craft compelling proposals: Contribute to high-quality bids with clear technical documentation, architecture visuals, and cost models that reflect both innovation and practicality.
• Champion compliance: Ensure all solutions meet UK government regulations and security standards, including GDPR and NCSC guidelines.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with sales, delivery, and engineering colleagues to ensure smooth transitions from design to implementation.
