Description

We are looking for an Onsite Support and Operations Lead (L2) for a data centre in Bremen. You can start this week! Aufgaben Your tasks: Break / Fix of servers, racks, shelves, tape libraries, storage & related devices etc DC hardware monitoring & maintenance Performing inventories and audits as required Point of contact for approving access to DC Qualifikation 3-5 years in a similar role, operating & supporting large datacentres German (min B2 level – able to read & write technical information and communicate with clients and team members. English -B2 or above preferred IT Service management training, certification and experience (eg ITIL) Good knowledge of disaster recovery procedures Willing to work onsite 3-5 days per week Benefits Salary: 45.000€

Responsibilities

The Onsite Support and Operations Lead will be responsible for the break/fix of various data center hardware and monitoring and maintaining DC hardware. They will also perform inventories and audits as required and act as the point of contact for approving access to the data center.
