You actively keep informed of industry developments to make use of new and emerging tools and technologies You will be involved in: Designing, developing, and implementing end to end ETL and ELT pipelines using ADF and Fabric Creating and improving complex queries and data transformation operations in SQL Server, Pyspark and CosmosDB. Exploring, developing and implementing new end-to-end data reporting solutions in Microsoft Fabric. Consolidating and building a solid data reporting architecture in the cloud with Azure. Collaborating with stakeholders to design, develop and implement data extraction and reporting solutions (define requirements, refine, etc.) that best match their needs. Supporting business functions to maximise the value of their data assets through visualisations and reporting tools such as Power BI. Managing the provisioning for Power BI accounts on Dev, Staging and Production Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or equivalent combination of skills and experience) 3+ years working within a data engineering/reporting environment Excellent SQL coding and experience with various development tools and platforms including E - SQL Server technologies (T-SQL) E - Power BI E - Azure (Data Factory, Cosmos DB) P - Visual Studio (Reporting Services, SSIS) P - Microsoft Fabric Experience of relational database design and data models Experience with various analytical data platforms and technologies Previous experience with Power BI and other data visualisation techniques to interpret requirements and present as clear, compelling and actionable stories Experience in custom or structured data integration design, implementation, and maintenance DA-100 certified (preferred) Additional Information Enjoy a flexible and rewarding work environment with peer-to-peer recognition platforms.
