• Personalised Care: Provide tailored care and support to individuals, ensuring their unique needs are met. We like to help others where we can!
• Hygiene Assistance: Help with personal hygiene tasks, including dressing, and toileting, making every day comfortable for those in your care.
• Behaviour Management: Implement strategies to support individuals with challenging behaviours, creating a positive environment for everyone.
• Emotional Support: Offer companionship and emotional support, creating meaningful connections with those you support. We are all friends at Choices!
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside healthcare professionals, such as nurses, to deliver holistic and comprehensive care, as appropriate.
• Safe Environment: Ensure a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for everyone under your supervision
