Day Care Assistant required for 22 hours per week with the view to full time hours in the future.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous care experience is required but not essential.

• Caring for Dementia residents with in the care home environment.
• To ensure that care is delivered in a safe manner that promotes person centred care, dignity and respect to the residents.
• Delivering personal care.
• Assisting with nutrition and hydration ensuring the residents achieve their targets daily.
• Monitor and document client health and behaviour.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment while promoting the well-being of clients.
