DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Day Clerk to join our team at Cosentinos Price Chopper. Responsible for restocking and replenishing the store shelves and endcaps. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during nights and weekends. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills. * Communicate effectively with customers and team members, utilizing strong English language skills. * Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently, especially during peak hours. * Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining product displays. * Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills to build rapport with customers. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * General knowledge of basic math skills. * Ability to work nights and weekends. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service. * Ability to maintain confidentiality. * Excellent organizational skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Previous experience in a retail environment. * Experience in a fast-paced environment.
