The working hours are 7.00 am to 7.00 pm. Week One will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Week 2 will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Week
One is 3 days Week 2 is 4 days. Ideally the applicant should live within one hours travelling time from the development.
The applicant will report to the on site Building Manager and there is parking available on site.
Your role will include the following.
Ensuring, that the concierge/reception desk is permanently ‘manned’ to provide the highest level of security and service to the residents.
Dealing with resident’s general problems and acting as appropriate. Major complaints to be reported to the managing agents promptly. Maintain general contact with residents.
1) Provide, as required, information to residents on matters that directly affect them.
2) Bring to the attention of residents any breaches of in-house rules, leases or other agreements from time to time in force.
Bring to the attention of the managing agents, any serious breaches of the conditions of the lease.
The applicant must have a working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, be of smart appearance and be able to communicate with residents.

Pay: Up to £27,600.00 per hour
