Your Role • Lead daily activities to promote independence and skill development. • Implement behavioral support plans and track progress. • Assist with personal care needs, including hygiene and dining. • Provide safe transportation for community outings. • Maintain safety and compliance with program policies and state regulations. What You Bring • High school diploma or GED required. • Behavioral experience preferred. • Valid driver’s license with two years of experience preferred. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
