JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team at CHARCUT Downtown! The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing an excellent dining experience.
  • Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant etiquette is beneficial.
  • Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Hotel experience may be considered an asset but is not required. Join our team as a Host/Host where you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests!
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $15.00-$24.87 per hour
