DAY NURSE (RGN/RMN)

Location: Warrington, WA5
Contract: Full-Time, Days (36 Hours – EMI Unit)
Salary: £20.28 per hour + Paid Breaks & Paid Handover
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our care team on the EMI Unit (20-bedded Dementia Unit). This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about dementia care and committed to delivering safe, person-centred nursing within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with dementia.
  • Administer medication safely and accurately.
  • Lead shifts, supervising care staff and ensuring smooth handovers.
  • Carry out assessments, care planning, and evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with NMC standards, CQC requirements, and company policies.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

Requirements

  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
  • Previous experience in a dementia or EMI setting is desirable.
  • Strong clinical and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and work independently when required.
  • A compassionate, patient-centred approach to care.
