Simple Hawaii Wedding, a premier wedding planning service specializing in intimate ceremonies, is looking for enthusiastic Day-of Wedding Coordinators to help create unforgettable experiences along the beautiful beaches and venues of the Kona Coast, Waikoloa, and Mauna Lani areas.
As a wedding coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in one of the most meaningful days of a couple’s life! Imagine being by the ocean, surrounded by love, helping dreams come true in some of the most picturesque settings in Hawaii.
What We’re Looking For: Experience in the wedding industry is a bonus, but if you’ve excelled in customer service and thrive in fast-paced environments, we’d love to meet you! It takes a special kind of person to keep couples calm, guests happy, and events running seamlessly from start to finish.

• Flexible scheduling: This is a part-time, event-based role with no fixed hours, so you have the freedom to set your availability. Weddings are assigned a month in advance, and you’ll be able to take on as many as you’d like based on your schedule.
